The Tamil National Law School, Tiruchi (TNNLS), and the National Law Univers ity, Delhi, (NLU) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to exchange teaching faculty members and students between the two legal institutions. This was the first time that the TNNLS had entered into a MoU with a top legal institution.

Accordingly the faculty members from the National Law University, Delhi would take classes for the students of the TNNLS every semester on certain specialised subjects. TNNLS has also planned to sign a memorandum of understanding with an international university in the near future.

The National Law University, Delhi would provide all necessary support to the Tiruchi Law School.  TNNLS is the first national level institution in the state to disseminate knowledge of law, legal processes and advocacy in tune with the changing global scenario.

In its short existence, TNNLS had achieved many things such as introducing B.Com LLB (Hons) course  and joining the Common Law Admission Test family.
